"Hey Alex I am sorry you feel we havent serviced your auto insurance to your expectation. I pulled up your policy and saw there was a recent billing conversation with my office. Our system only allows us to waive 1 late payment fee in a year. If we were able to waive more I assure you we would have because my office appreciates your business. "
